Scrapbook Creations Issue 71

It's been along time since I've sent my layouts off and had them published, I was excited to have this layout published in the current issue. Unfortunately the magazine did not take care when photographing it and the letter "e" had dropped and they left it like that, I was disappointed with the magazine for not presenting my layout as it should of been.

This is how it should look.

I have a lot of photos to print etc, from my trip out west. I'll post some when I can, there on Jasons computer:)

Remember 8 weeks till chrissy....

And only days till Halloween, I bought some great paper etc today, can't wait to scrap.

Ayers Rock!!!!

We will be off very shortly for our camping trip to Ayers Rock, I'm looking forward to it, just to get away will be great, I'm sure I'll adapt to the lack of flushing loos. I'm looking forward to taking many photos, and perhaps capturing that perfect shot whilst out there.

This is a photo of our camping trip in January this year. Just to get you all in the mood, for camping.

Busy Lives

How fast is this year going.... We're off on our much deserved holiday soon, lots of things to organise and do before we go. I'll update later about this.

Had to share, my sons weird obsession, there is a few of them, I've spoken before how he's a nose picker and then feast on it, yuk I know.

Well both boys don't like butter or marg on there sandwich, and that to me is abit weird.

Today I made Coop a ham sandwich, he saw the butter and kindly instructed me he did not want that (butter) so when making it I put some on, he found me out and rejected that sandwich.

Wouldn't the sandwich seem abit dry.

A day in the LiFe

I've just been on Ali Edwards site, she has given instructions on how to do overlays on your photos. This is my attempt, quite like it, might do a little mini album one day.

This is cooper in his cute little dressing down from pumpkin patch he only loves it because it has a puppy on it, and he loves wearing the hood. It's only when he is super cold that he allows me to put it on him.

On my other post I had big ideas for a photo over the holidays but that didn't happen, kids, sickness etc. Maybe when i have time i'll do it.

My Jayden

What a great young man he's turning out to be. He's not to well at the moment, he has the flu and temps, I've been laying in my bed with him. He really is a great son, I'm so proud of him. Coop can't say his name he rattles off all our names mummy deane daddy deane, cayla deane and when you keep asking him who's this his only answer is "him deane". When he wants Jayden he normally says "him". Hope he starts feeling better so he can enjoy the holidays.

Tribute to MJ

As a teenager I did these sketches as I looked myself away in my room, music blaring and dreaming about meeting this awesome king of pop. You will be missed Michael.

Kindy Photos

I purchased the traditional Day Care photo's and wanted to make sure I actually did a layout with one of them, he isn't looking at the camera, but this is Coop.

It took me ages to even try and do this layout, Cooper is being so impossible lately, that I have no Mojo for anything. Cayla was sitting beside me happily scrapping away, she's alittle artist that one. Anyway I'm hoping for more time to scrapbook soon, I have alot of photos I want to take as well over the school holidays, I'll see if they pan out.
